Early treatment-phase I

Pt had large overbite and upper jaw is far from lower jaw

Correction with functional appliance and partial upper braces-12mths

Adult treatment-non surgical

Pt presented with upper jaw much smaller than lower and all most teeth are not touching and thus affect his eating function.  Multiple treatment options were presented including surgical option but we decided to attempt treatment non-surgical.

Treament with braces upper and lower and micro-osteoperforation.  Treatment time 30mths
